5. Vendor Access to Data

10. Notice

11. Changes in Company Ownership
Do the tech company’s data agreements address what happens to user data if the tech company is sold to another company?
Yes, the agreement states that in the event of a sale, merger, or transfer of substantially all assets, AcreHedge can assign the Agreement (including its data terms and obligations) to the new entity, which will then be bound by those terms.
