Step 2 In ADT Certification - Let's Talk
Once a Master Service Agreement is signed by the potential member, and an invoice is in motion to confirm interest and action in becoming ADT Certified, it is time to talk. A meeting is set up with our administrator, Todd Janzen.
Todd, who has been involved with ADT since its inception, shares background on the organization and talks the potential member through the next steps.
“This meeting allows me to answer questions and help the prospective member understand the process as well as the benefits of being an ADT member,” Janzen says. He points out that the process is designed to help organizations reach a high standard of transparency in their ag data collection contracts.
“I reinforce during this call that we are not a “gotcha” group looking for problems in their contracts, rather we have great experience in this area so provide coaching to help ensure high standards,” Janzen says.
Potential members can then move forward with answering the 11 questions that earn the ADT certification and transparently share their data practices with their customers. Our next article will dive into the 11Q.
